Delete your SoulPhone account

SoulPhone: The Source is published by V16I Global LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time, on any device.

In the app (iPhone or Android)

1. Open SoulPhone and go to Profile (Settings on Android).
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

By email

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or include the account details shown in the app, and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identifiers
• Conversation transcripts, summaries and memories
• Call recordings, meditations and your schedule
• Push tokens and device records

Data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. Backups may hold it for a limited time before they are overwritten. Records we must keep by law (for example, purchase records held by Apple or Google) are kept by them under their own policies.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first: on iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
